EL TRAGINER DE CANÇONS

A documentary directed by Juli Suarez abou tthe flamenco singer Pep Gimeno Botifarra, with arrangements and music by Miquel Pérez.

The Valencian singer Pep Gimeno “Botifarra”, an authentic collector of popular songs, is the protagonist of “El traginer de cançons”. The camera follows him as he travels through villages talking to the grandmothers and grandfathers who treasure these songs, many of which would have been lost without Pep’s work.
